In the Marine D&B Corps, our Kanstul-built contras have a half-step rotor that appears to be identical to the one on your Olds contra.
HOWEVER, even though it appears to be identical in terms of design, I don't know if the specs of the cap are the same. Kanstul might know, but our horns were built in 1995, and I don't believe they've built anything similar since then.
