Your Reynolds tuba also offered an upright bell as an option. You could scout around for one (maybe give Taylor Music a call to see if they might have one). Something like a removable bell from the old-style King 2341 would also be a pretty close fit, but you'd have to use the Reynolds collar on it. Small discrepancies in bell height tend not to affect intonation very much.

Alternatetively, you could find a complete non-removable bell section with the right dimensions and replace the bell from the bottom bow ferrule.

What it boils down to is finding a comparably-sized bell and wanting to lay out the bucks to make it real.
