Check out the Solti/CSO Shostakovich 8(Rex Martin) & 10(Pokorny) if you can find them, they're out of print, on the London label. The playing is good, but not as loud as the 7. The NYPO/Masur doing Shostakovich 7(Warren Deck) is good too.
