I have seen a number of these Besson "Prototype" horns with that unusual valve tubing wrap. At one point I owned a small Eb from the 1880s that had that valve tubing. They come up at auction periodically, so if you keep looking you may find one that is trashed, but with a third valve that you could use for parts. I don't think that prototype meant what we would think of today. There seem to be many "prototype" model horns floating around. Here's someone selling a horn with the type of tubing you describe.
