The Oregon Tuba Association is proud once again to invite tuba and euphonium players to participate in their annual Yuletide "low blow". Tuba Carol Concert XXIV this year will be held in Springfield, OR on Saturday, December 7, 2002, featuring the arrangements of David Grosvenor.
We've got a new location and starting time this year. Registration and rehearsal will be held beginning at 8:30 AM at Springfield High School (use the 8th or 9th Ave. entrances on G street). A lunch break will occur between 11:00-11:45 AM. Performance will take place next to the Springfield Museum between 5th and 6th Streets and Main at 12:00 PM sharp. Cover will be provided in case of rain courtesy of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
As usual, there is no fee to participate; music may be purchased at registration for a nominal charge.
