Ask the seller how he/she determined that is is a BBb. If they say they blew a Bb on it with no valves depressed, then it's an Eefer. (3rd partial on eefer is a Bb)
... Although it "looks" like an F - because it is a small European rotary. Perhaps check the Amati website for this horn - it's likely an F
