It probably isn't the worst, but my old Alex BBb (163, I believe) from early last century has some fun intonation. I no longer have the horn but, in retrospect, the sound quality was such that it was just about worth dealing with those issues.
I have yet to play a horn with a half step above the second partial that is barely more than salvageable, if you get my drift.
