I have to second the recommendation of Wayne Tanabe. Chris Hall had him do the valves on the York Master a few years ago, and that's the first thing people comment on before even blowing a note into the horn.
I've seen similar-looking work from others (most recently from Joe S. who doesn't work on horns he didn't sell), so Wayne is not the only source for such work. But he is one of the best.
