My warm up is the Remmington half step exercise in various registers followed by long tones in the pedal register, lip slurs, and scales starting with a one octave C and doing one octave scales up to the F a fourth above that, then doing two octave scales from the F 4 ledger lines below the staff up to F or G an octave above that. This usually gets me nice and warm, and if not, I do more long tones in all registers.
