I'm not sure but I think they're all out of print. I have some of them- the Selection of Concone Studies was published by Elkan-Vogel Inc, susidiary of Theodore Presser Co, and thenumber on my book is 464-00029. The Encyclopedia has been recently published again, edited by Rich Willey, but I don't have it.
I was a student of Reinhardt from 1974-84, and I teach his stuff but in a somewhat simpler format, since a lot of people never really understood (or didn't want to understand) what he was saying.
