I don't know about what Michael Lind plays but the common one SEEMS to be the same that is in the back of the Arban's book. I can ASSUME that with the main theme deciphered and an understanding of how many of the variations are constructed, transcribing his performance shouldn't be too difficult. If so...check the archives under any other title of music and there should b......hell......our great BBS moderator i'm sure has links to many hard-to-find music stores from his main page. Just hope that someone published his performance. I hope this helps, even in the most "petite" amount.
