I was speaking of 4 valve Blakely (which is what I BELIEVE the horn to be) so I suppose it is not "fully compensating". As, I believe it was Mr. Rick Denney said, there is a great misconception about compensation because of what has become popular and what-not. So to add to the identity of this horn, we believe it to be compensating, Blakely compensating that is. You've proved yourself correct once again, Chuck!
