I wish you the best of luck in your new endeavors. When you have enough time to survive the burnout I think that you will re-discover a fondness for tuba playing. I do think that you skipped one other guy on the field. Let's call him the Mark Grace kind of player. He knows that he will never in his life be considered to be in the same league with Babe Ruth, but he goes out there every single day, plays his position well, and still looks at it through the eyes of the little kid that he once was. He enjoys doing it simply because he does. I'll never be in the same league as Roger Bobo, but I really enjoy making music with my tuba.
