You pose a tough question. Here are my top ten (for today! It could change tomorrow).
Don't bother counting (there are more than 10)

In no particular order.

Andre Previn "Four Outings for Brass"
Michael LeClerc "Par Monts et Par Vaux"
(out of print)
David Sampson "Morning Music"
Jan Bach "Laudes"
J. S. Bach "Contrapunctus IX" (not sure of
arrangement..I think it was done for the
New York Brass Quintet)
Victor Ewald "Quintet No. 1...or was it 2,
no wait, 3.... these count as one. I love
them all. I think the 3rd is my favorite
with the 2nd movement of #2 right up there)
Malcolm Arnold "Quintet"
Jan Koetsier "Kinderzirkus", op. 79 b" (recorded
by London Brass on Clowning Around)
Samuel Scheidt "Centone No. V" Verne Reynolds editor/arranger
Ingolf Dahl "Music for Brass Instruments" (kind of a cheater...
although a blast and a challenge to play as a quintet...I am a
tubist...it is a much better work in it's sextet version.
Eugene Bozza "Sonatine"

I am currently putting together a program for brass quintet and
piano for June of 2002. I am listening to Eric Ewazen's
"Shadowcatcher" (originally for B5 & wind ens but with a
piano version as well) and William Schmidts' "Concertino"
for B5 & piano so as I stated, these could change by tommorow.

My .11 cents for what it is worth.
