While looking at the Gebr. Alexander music site, I found that they have incorporated an online music database search facility. They claim to have over 170,000 items in it and you can search by several criteria (instrument, period, etc.). A pleasant surprise was the "Tubaiskola" book that I thought was out of print is listed as being available (for about US$20).
Please note that the search page is present only on the GERMAN homepage, not the English one. So you'll need a little German to get going, but after that, things are pretty obvious.
