Out of my whole trip to brasswind and custom music company I liked it the best(although the Hirsbrunners are still Hirsbrunners). I haven't had a chance to play it in any ensembles yet because it is being shipped to me, but I found that I could play soft enough for quintet playing and make a nice large sound for orchestras. I found that i could get more volume out of it in comparison to the PT-4 before the sound started to deteriorate. I'm very happy with it and am planning on using it as my all use horn. It plays very well in tune. I had about 6 to choose from that were out of the boxes and they were all really great and it was hard to make a decision between them.
