I think you have a good choice in the Plog. It is a good contrast to the other pieces, particularly the Strauss that follows. Might I add a quick warning about the Jacobsen. I love this piece, but only with the wind accompaniment. The piano transcription doesn't make a whole lot of sense at times and this may not be the piece you would want to end the entire recital on. I thought about sticking it on my masters recital but decided against it for that reason. If you're set on these pieces, then maybe you should switch the Arutiunian (sp?) and the Jacobsen. Just a thought...
