Straight from the owner, it does say CKTUBA.
Had a guy come into a store one day and said who owns the car that says Check Tuba, go figure, more than one way to look at a plate. I was not allowed to put a space in the plate, only have 6 spaces.
But I do not play a Czech Tuba but it is a good idea.
My wifes will say OBOE4U next year.
