A lip gliss is a siren sound made with your buzz. Also known as note bending. One of the easiest ways to learn low range is the play your "last" good note, and then bend down from there. On the mouthpiece first, then hold the note and put the mpc in the horn. Of course you have to be on a pitch it wants to vibrate at, or you won't get much.
