As a suggestion, if you (or a friend/acquaintance) fly business class on long-haul routes ... many airlines give out small shaving kits in a small zippered case. I took a couple of these cases and fitted each with a foam insert with a cutout for my favourite mouthpiece -- works like a charm! Travels with me wherever I go!
