That reminds me of when I first learned all of my major scales. I was a beginner euph, I had been playing for probably 3 or 4 months. Me and my dad took a trip up to brevard to visit some friends he had up there, and as we were going down the road, I was playing euph. Made for some wierd looks from cars we passed seeing some guy playing in his car. I live in Mississippi, so brevard is about 8 or 9 hours from home. I learned them on the way up there, practiced them the few days we spent at Brevard, and I spent the way back refining them. 'best practice session(s) I've ever had.
