I beg to differ. I am currently working on this great peice of music WITH Maestro Bobo himself. Although he DID do exactly what was suggested (playing a pedal C and slowing it down), he did so only to hear how it was supposed to sound. He then figured out a way to recreate that sound through his tuba, then recorded it. He wouldn't have recorded something that is not performable.
