As a do-it my-selfer I've had some luck with a chunk of two inch PVC cut to about a foot or so. You can reach it into the horn and press and roll to work out obvious dents. The PVC caps are good too as their edges are rounded. You can scrape it against the inside and roll it on the outside. PVC is soft enough to not scratch(much) but firm enough to move the metal.
