If you do not own a copy of the TUBA Source Book by R.Winston Morris and Edward R. Goldstein, BUY it. It's published by Indiana University Press. It should have most of all of your literature questions answered in it.

In the meantime, to answer your question.....Holmes, Lento; Bach, Air and Bouree; Haddad, Suite; Frankenpohl, Concertino; Hartley, Suite for unaccompanied tuba; Gabrieli, Ricercar; Telleman, Adagio and Allegro; Perantoni, Master Solos-Intermediate level; Hartley, Concertino.(The TUBASource Book p.324)

In addition to the above, there are many other wonderful pieces to consider. Don't fall into the trap of choosing music that's just technical. There are many easier graded pieces that are much more difficult as musical pieces than their more technical counterparts. Good luck. Buy the book.
