I feel CC is easier to tune with a piano or an orchestra.Yes I have perfect pitch and also own a tuner.My CC is a Hirsbrunner,I also found Miraphone CCs to have very good intonation,even better than my Hirsbruner.
Tone :
I feel BBb tubas have somewhat darker tone while CCs maybe be a little brighter.F tubas
are also brighter than EEb tubas.Dont know why,
