In the price range your are looking, you are very unlikely to find a good 4 valve rotary horn. Your best bet would be to find a decent used American piston valve horn, like a King 2341 or 1241 (the older model number for essentially the same horn), or a Conn 5J. Other alternatives might be the new Weril (from Brazil) which Joe S. and some others sell for a little under $2000 or a Jupiter (Taiwan?), which I have heard are now decent horns. (Older Jupiters, however, have a bad reputation).
