Hey Chris,
The Wick "L" is the size of a standard American shank Bach tuba mouthpiece. The Large shank Dillon mouthpieces fit an Alexander 163 just fine. But that 164 needs an "XL". Sory, the Cerveny adapeter won't fit your horn. You'll have to get a custom mouthpiece or have a machinist make you an adapter to fit your tuba.
