The Vaughan Williams Concerto for Bass Tuba indeed has three movements. You probably have a bit of the first. The second is a Romanza, and the third is the Rondo Alle-Tedesca, or something like that. The middle movements is beautiful, not technical, but it will roast your high chops. The finale is all flash and trill and finger-twisting modal scales. Someday I'll be able to play it. Maybe.
