If you have one of the older ones, the #3 slide is VERY long. Pull it out most of the way, and you can honk a pretty good low Cb/B natural (whatever).
The newer ones (I think) have shorter tubes on the #3 slide, but you could still try pulling as far as you can. (You could help it out by pulling #1 and/or #4 also.)
OH...to answer the actual question: all four valves, but still sharp unless you go with the advice above.
