I'm getting ready to purchase a new (or used???) axe. I want a 5V BBb. I've only seen 3 models - Mir S -186, VMI & Willson. The Willson is out of my price range. Know of any others? I'm told my sound tends towards being bright already, so I don't want a horn that will just make me sound like an AM radio. I am currently playing a St. Pete, and I don't seem to be getting too bright a sound on it, I just don't think I like the horn that much.
I really need some feedback, cuz if I buy the wrong horn again I think my wife will use my mouthpiece as a blackjack...
