The tuba's you are asking about were made, if my info is right, in the 60's and 70's. The CC model was designated Model 345 and the BBb was designated Model 346. They looked alot like Jakes York, 4 pistons, I never saw one with a rotor 5th, but they may be out there. I played Ed Goldsteins and Russ Ward's. They were great instruments, but at that time I thought the low register was a little squirrely. I played a BBb 346 in Atlanta and loved it, probably the best BBb I have ever played. Mike Moore uses the CC model in the Atlanta Symphony. He sounds fabulous on it. I haven't seen one for sale in a long time, but I would pay good money for the BBb model. Be warned, Holton has a new 346 model BBb out that looks exactly like a Yamamha 321.
