You can go to the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians website. It has a links to repair schools. Check all of them out. Tuition varies among the schools. Also, if you are only interested in the brass portion of instruction, see if they will allow you only to enroll in that area of repair. Take care, Daryl
