Yes, there are problems with the current copyright laws and newer technologies. Everyone has their opinions of what they should be but only one counts - the current copyright laws. We can come up with the line "It is not available" to justify making copies but they are illegal. This issue has to go through the legal system which is historically a slow process. Remember the 1976 suit against Sony's betamax? Took years to settle and it ended up opening up the video market. In the meantime we must obey the current laws which means no Downloads, no "sharing," no burning, we wait for the copyright owner to do what they want concerning re-releases. Down the line the laws will change, we must wait.
