Generally, like this (In CC horns)

Holton 6/4
Mel Culbertson 6/4
Yorkbrunner
MW2165
Gronitz PCK

From the factory there was as much as a 4" difference in the bell stack height on the Holtons, the Neptunes have had a lot of variation, as have the 2165's. Remember the Holtons haven't been made for almost 30 years, and that there are a lot more Holton-based custom CC horns out there that were built from BBflat bodies, these might be taller, if not "bigger". And like Rick pointed out, his BBflat Holton just barely squeezes into a Grand Orchestral RB gig bag, which was originally patterned for the YB.

Most consistent horns size-wize from the time they were introduced to today are the YB and PCK.

f.w.i.w.
