They do. It's called Music Theory at 8:00am 3-5 days a week. Unfortunately, the "weeding out" mechanisms only make things unpleasant for everyone who is at the school for the right reasons, which speaks directly to one of the original questions: is the Institution placing a great emphasis on turning out decent students, and not enough emphasis on great students? Would you guys shoot me down for believing that this is, in fact, the case given that I myself am currently a student? I hate to say it, but this is what I see, and I do think it's a problem. I suppose I will have to accomplish a hell of a lot before I can say it without looking incredibly vain, but take it for what it's worth.
