Yeah, I was hoping I would be the only one to show up for the audition. I'm already to go with my polished silver superduper clam-free Conn 1000K Megadouble sousaphone. Don't laugh...my teacher says I have a world-class (albeit Drum Corps-like) sound that Slatkin loves! I am ready to win the job now! The gig is all but mine... especially when I play "Yumba Plays the Rumba on the Tuba" with one finger!!!! All while I moon walk! Remember, shhhhhh....it's a secret!
