They aren't too bad. I guess it depends how you are with sharps and fingerings. The fingering patterns for A & D would be comparable to E & A on a BBb tuba. Unless you have real fast runs they aren't too bad. I always have trouble with the key of D in the "My Sprit Be Joyful" quintet arrangment. The chart is loaded with 16th note runs and going from 2nd valve for the D to 1st for the C# and to 2&3 for the B then to 2nd againf roteh A as you decend the scale usually twists my fingers in knots.. But honestly I have never come accross licks like those in the Pops lit we play.
