No problems. It's been almost a year now for us here at the Naval Academy. In the early 70's we were an E6 band and then someone of rank decided to turn us into a fleet band. Permanent duty came back in the late 70's/early 80's (I can't remember exactly), but with E5 as a starting rank instead of E6. Now we're finally on equal salary with the other premier bands.
