I play a Besson BE 982. I aim towards the lighter side of tuba sound, and try to imitate that of a Euphonium. I like a smaller mouthpiece that can lighten up the high register, as well as pound out the low. I use a Dillon/Sheridan S3. It has a nice comfortable rounded rim, and is in my opinion, the best mouthpiece available for an Eb tuba.

They are available at Dillon Music.
