Generally, the Martins play in tune much better, particularly the 3rd partial (F & E at the bottom of the staff).
The Martin, though the largest bodied of the three, also has the smallest valve bore. The Holton bore size is .750". The Conn bore size is .770". The Martin bore size is .718"
