The greatest accomplishment of the unnamed "one of this country's most successful companies" regarding the federal and state lawsuits has been to convince some people that the lawsuits were about something that they weren't, and to use their gullability as a weapon against the government's case. The lawsuits were about repeated patterns of criminal behavior, refusal to obey existing laws, and repeated violation of court orders. They were not about someone being "too successful". Anyone who's followed the details of the case knows better.
