Mark, I think your comments were a bit rude and inacurrate. I do not study with Matt at SMU, but I can say that it has to be one of the finest music schools around with him and the other great faculty teaching there. I flew halfway across the U.S. to have a 2 hour lesson with him and it was great. He is one of the greatest players/teachers I have ever heard or had a lesson with. I am sure his students are learning plenty and doing quite well with one of the top tuba players/teachers in the world.
Think before you say something this silly next time.
