Be cool dude. As I understand it, there are about 5 of these Prototypes out there. Jim Self has one, and I think that Norm Pearson is also in posession of one. Yamaha made these horns by hand in Japan, and I undertand that they run for about $25,000 a pop. These horns were constructed for the purpose of seeing whether or not it would be a viable option for YAMAHA to introduce a 6/4 tuba in an already saturated market (Yorkbrunner, Mel Culbertson, Walter Nirschl, Meinl Weston, etc...)
