OK, what's the beef with Jay?? He has been Principal in the CSO for nearly 40 years and has been great. Last year he did the Brass Buddies concert with his arrangement of the Alpine which was spectacular. OK, he's been conducting the Oak Park Symphony but I'd rather have a trombone player conducting than a string player anyday. As far as this CD, he really didn't need to reissue this, he's got nothing to prove, he's done it!
