I'd like to make an announcement about something available in the exhibit area at ITEC, and I hope this will be taken as giving useful information, not just making a commercial plug.
I plan to have a small play-condition repair shop set up in the exhibit area, and offer limited on-site repair services. So, if your instrument dies while you're at ITEC, is nearly dead when you get to ITEC, etc., just come on by the exhibit area.
