I played both horns at Brasswind. The 186 was a little more comfortable ergonomically for me, but if you're looking for "a fatter, darker, more open sound not to mention a volume boost," then the 191 is for you. I bought a 191 5V GB for those reasons (not to mention excellent intonation and very fast valves) and love it.
