He did add "but seriously" and from what I have read here this seller has been less than honest, so I'd cut Doug some slack. (I do not have any experience with St. Pete or the seller)
As for the original question, who cares about the modifications. Unless your that short on cash buy a reputable horn. Let St. Pete upgrade and modify thier horn if they want to get rid of their less than great rep.
