I believe that that Besson has been addressed here before. It was done at the request of the owner of the horn who really loved the Besson sound, but not BBb tubas. There aren't so many CC Bessons available for purchases. One goes with the front action valve sets one can get for conversions to front action. I have the Eb version of that model of Besson BBb, and Bob Rusk added a 4th valve to it, but it's not been cut to F.
