Dan, the last time I rented it, it was through Oxford University Press in New York and it is the transcription done by Robert Hare. Second movement is woodwinds with a necessary string bass part. I don't have their current rental phone number but Luck's music library at 800-348-8749 can give you that info. I conducted the Vaughan Williams Dona Nobis Pacem with orchestra and choir a few years ago and our symphony manager had the info which I could get in a day or so if you have problems tracking Oxford down.
