Not sure I understand your question regarding CC tuba. For the Bobo books, as well as other treble stuff (Arbans trumpet, sax methods, etc), you would finger the same as you would the a trumpet (thus, everything you know from the Bobo book would be the same except it would sound a step higher). For bass cleff you will not transpose, but actually use a new set of fingerings (most trumpet players have a difficult time trying to understand the difference, but the really good trumpet players were smart enough to switch to tuba). Just be ready to be frustrated for a while.
